An attempt to a New Year Vacation

I've been at it trying to get a nice day to pick a vacation. In this part of the queue, it has been a nightmare trying to get a vacation leave. One incident happened happened on the 24th of December, when I supposed to have a regular working day. My Supervisor told me the vacation was approved but on the 24th! To my surprise, I had to grab my bag and hussle back home! The only thing I worry about is having to file for the Jan 1 and 2 and not getting approved! It will simply ruin everything I planned all week. I just wish all this would be over and done with soon so I can find a better job and not take in calls forever!
